Our school and Shenzhen Yantian district to carry out basic education cooperation

(Correspondent Li Dongquan) On the afternoon of September 19th, our school and the Affiliated Middle School signed a basic education cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Shenzhen Yantian District in Shanhai School。Li Zhong, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yantian District, Jiang Hongxin, academician of the European Academy of Sciences and Vice President Tang Xianqing attended the signing ceremony。

Tang Xianqing, Huang Qiyue, principal of the affiliated Middle school of our school, and Zhou Jianjun, deputy head of Yantian District, signed a cooperative school-running agreement。

Jiang Hongxin expressed his gratitude to Yantian District and people from all walks of life who cared about and supported this cooperation。He said that our school is built by teachers and strong according to teachers, takes the initiative to act, actively serves the reform and development of basic education in the country, and carries out cooperation in the field of basic education with Yantian District, which is a vivid practice of brave social responsibility。He pointed out that the cooperation between our school and Yantian District is a two-way trip to the same frequency resonance and mutual empowerment。He stresses,Our school will take this cooperation as an opportunity,Actively serving national strategies such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,To further promote our school and the Affiliated Middle School and Yantian District to achieve all-round, all-weather strategic cooperation,We will further innovate institutions and mechanisms,Fully unleash the vitality and driving force for development,Give full play to the spillover effect of superior disciplines and industries,Work together to build a community of shared future。

In his speech, Li Zhong highly praised the leading and radiant power of our school and the Affiliated High School in the field of basic education。He points out,This cooperation has realized the comprehensive radiation of high-level universities and famous schools to Yantian basic education,We hope to take cooperation as the starting point,Comprehensively promote the coordinated development of Yantian basic education,Drive the overall quality of education in the region to jump again,"To Yantian, go to the famous school" the golden sign,Promote Yantian education to open a new chapter facing modernization, facing the world and facing the future。

It is reported that Yantian District is the only district in Shenzhen where 100% of eligible school-age children are enrolled in public schools, and a number of evaluation indicators rank in the forefront of Guangdong Province and Shenzhen。The signing, the three parties will be the Shanhai School in the district as a platform to carry out cooperation in school, the school is a nine-year public school in the district, the autumn of 2023 has opened, the design school scale of 42 classes, can provide 1980 degrees。In addition, the three parties will continue to carry out cooperation in the construction of senior high schools and sign a separate agreement in due course。

This project is the second basic education cooperation project of our school in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The affiliated Huangpu Experimental School in Huangpu District of Guangzhou has opened in autumn 2022。Up to now, there have been 23 primary and secondary schools (parks) co-built by our school (including the Affiliated Middle School Project) and local governments (excluding assisted schools), distributed in Hunan, Guangdong and Guizhou provinces。
